We recommend turning your socks inside-out and machine washing in cool water. Hang drying is best. Merino sheep don’t get put in the dryer, and neither should these socks. 

We know…it happens. The socks may seem a bit smaller, but trust us, they will stretch back out as soon as you wear them for a bit.

We’re so sorry you weren’t satisfied with your purchase. If there is anything we can do to make it right, please let us know. Otherwise, we offer free returns and exchanges for 30 days from your date of purchase. 

Just send us a message, here, with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We’ll get back to you within 48 hrs with next steps and a return shipping label. Once we receive the products and the refund or exchange is complete, we will process a refund back to your original payment method.

Orders ship 2–3 business days after purchase (business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.) When your order ships, you will receive an email.

Right now, we only offer socks through our website shop, but we are working hard to make them available in more places. Check back to find stores near you that carry Warm Peet socks.

We sure do! We rely on organic advertising through social and in-person channels, to keep our overhead low, our product quality high.  All so we can donate as much as possible to the non-profits leading the charge in the issues we believe matter most. 

Our ambassadors have a natural love of nature, want to encourage others to get outside and improve their physical and mental health at the same time, and give back to their community. Ambassadors should also: 

• Have an engaged social following 
• Have a public Instagram account 
• Be at least 18 years or older 
• Love socks. Love nature. Love human kind.

Just so you know, socks and apparel are how we generally compensate our ambassadors, not cash as a default.
